Scope of work:

• Building elevator shafts
• Veneer: Install a combination of utility size face brick and stone necessary to erect new masonry exterior veneer walls. Installed brick in 3rd bond and stone was installed using natural gray type ‘N’ mortar. Mortar joints are to be tooled concave, brushed and tooled to a final finish.
• Furnish and install approximately 1,570 L.F. of new custom E.I.F.S. foam cornice shape at the top of walls
• Furnish and install caulking in those areas where E.I.F.S. butts against dissimilar material
