The construction industry is a competitive marketplace. All too often, the only component considered when determining whether to work with a construction firm is price. "Who can do the job for less?"

Since our founding, Chicago Masonry Construction, Inc. has made a conscious effort to differentiate ourselves from our competitors through the value (service, quality, expediency and cost) we bring to a project for the architect, builder, developer, general contractor and homeowner. We firmly believe that this long-term strategy has been the driving force for our success.

Inevitably, service, quality workmanship and expediency have costs associated with their implemenation. Uncompromising service demands hiring, training and retaining a professional and competent office staff. Quality workmanship demands providing skilled and experienced trades people on the project sites. And when necessary, expediency demands long hours in the office and/or project site.
