• 880 South Shore Drive - Lake Geneva, WI

    This 19th century estate on the shores of Lake Geneva was converted into condominiums. Part of the conversion included remodeling the exterior facade on the north wing. Originally, cut limestone was used for the exterior facade. The architectural firm decided to have the exterior north wing finished in stucco. The stucco needed to match in color and texture to the remaining exterior limestone facade.

    North, south, east, and west elevations of this building were completed in E.I.F.S. (Exterior Finish Insulation System) with decorative elements (cornice, banding, and base). The product specified by the architect for use on this project was STO. The accent trim color (burgundy) was custom blended to match the new window frames. STO 1.0 and STO 1.5 were used as the textures.

    The columns, front, sides, and underside of the main entry canopy were completed in E.I.F.S. with decorative elements (cornice and banding). Special care was taken to match the design of the new entry to the existing entrances in the strip mall. The product used for this project was Dryvit. The Dryvit colors used were China White (columns), Bulgar (cornice and banding), and Almond (body). The texture used for the main body and trim was Quartzputz.

    The front facade of this building was completed in E.I.F.S. with a decorative element (cornice). Cultured Stone's Wisconsin Weather Edge Ledgestone was applied to the exterior and interior base of the glass entry. The product used for this project was Dryvit. The Dryvit colors used were China White and Sandlewood Beige. The texture used was Sandblast.
