880 South Shore Drive - Lake Geneva, Wisconsin
This 19th century estate on the shores of Lake Geneva was converted into condominiums. Part of the conversion included remodeling the exterior facade on the north wing. Originally, cut limestone was used for the exterior facade. The architectural firm decided to have the exterior north wing finished in stucco. The stucco needed to match in color and texture to the remaining exterior limestone facade. The work on this project was performed during winter. Note the "heat enclosure" on the left side of the picture.
