This project included repairs to the exterior E.I.F.S. and caulking. The E.I.F.S. repairs included repairing cracks that had formed over the years. Caulking included removal of the existing caulk around window perimeters and control joints, installing closed cell backer rod, priming and caulking with Sonneborn CP.
